Cables on front and back are surrounded by seed rib for an easy to work textured cardigan with loads of class. The amazing wool used for this cardigan is perfect for making the texture of the stitches really stand out.
The body is worked in one piece to the armholes, then divided to work the fronts and back separately. Shoulders are shaped using short-rows, then joined using 3-Needle Bind-Off. Front neck shaping takes place by decreasing between the cables and the rest of the front so they move toward the armholes, and meet the back cables at the shoulders.
Sleeves are worked in the round in seed rib to the armhole, then the sleeve cap worked back and forth.
A wide band of k2, p2 rib completes the front and neck edges. Add three special buttons just below the beginning of the V-neck to finish things off.
