The TeaCosyFolk Submarine Tea Cosy is a super little tea cosy that has been inspired by a love of the deep blue sea.

It’s a lovely tea cosy and very simple. It has two cones on it to make it an aerodynamic torpedo shape, and then it has the tower with the periscope and antenna. And to take in the views there are twelve portholes.

I thought it would be a bit of fun to add some sea life. So there is a purple octopus hitching a ride on the back of the submarine. I gave him wobbly safety eyes for a bit of a giggle.

Full instructions are given of how to knit the tea cosy over a 5 page knitting pattern.

The tea cosy fits medium sized teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.

The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting it very soon!
