In Autumn, the colors of the landscape in Western Massachusetts are beyond beautiful. The trees are displayed in all their glorious colors and the Sugar Shacks are brimming with people eager to get a taste of real maple syrup, maple jam and of course, homemade maple ice-cream.
The Sugar Shack Cowl is my way of reminiscing on those crisp late Autumn mornings when we would take a ride to the local Sugar Shack, just to get another sight of those beautiful colors and to enjoy some time together.
