Superstar! uses a textural repeating star stitch to create a beautiful and interesting hat. It is fun to knit, and can be made in bright, bold colors, or using more subtle complementary colors for a completely different look.

Sizes: 14 (16, 18, 20, 22, 24)”/ 35.5 (40, 45.5, 50, 55.5, 60)cm circumference.
To be worn with 0 - 1”/ 0 - 2.5cm of negative ease.

Needles: US 4/ 3.5mm or size to obtain gauge, in 16”/ 40cm circulars and DPNs, and US 3/ 3.25mm or 1 size smaller than gauge needle, 16”/ 40cm circulars or DPNs.

Gauge: 28 sts = 4”/ 10cm in star pattern.

Yarn: fingering weight: 90 (100, 120, 150, 175, 200) yards/ 83 (92, 110, 138, 160, 183) meters MC and 70 (80, 90, 115, 140, 160) yards/ 64 (74, 83, 106, 128, 147) meters CC.
