This pretty ankle sock pattern is suitable for moderately experienced sock knitters and is quick to knit. It features a modified Candle Tree motif on the foot, a large flame motif on the heel and an elastic rising smoke lace pattern on the ankle which makes it a comfortable wear for all shapes and sizes.

The sock is knitted from the toe up with a heel flap and picot finishing. There are comprehensive instructions, including how to adapt to different sizes, together with charts for the designs.
