The Backstory:

Designed with some fantastic Hue Loco, this top-down hat uses toe-up sock techniques to create a universal, different way to make a hat! I doubled worsted in the first sample, and then sock yarn to knit gauges that are easily matched by bulky or dk weight yarn. Basically, any weight yarn can be used to make a hat of almost any size with this pattern!

When binding off, I did a poll on Instagram to see which menthod people liked for toe-up socks. I give recommendations, with pros and cons to both methods that came back, and a special thank you goes out to my incredible Instagram followers for their ideas!
