A delicate open work pattern gives you a top that’s light and lacy, yet still covers you up where it counts. This scoop-necked pullover has a very slight a-line cut so it will skim the body from the fitted bust to the hip, and the crisp, linen/cotton blend yarn gives great stitch definition.

Tracery is knitted flat, bottom-up, to the raglan yoke, then the pieces are joined and worked in one piece to neckline. I know some of you are dyed-in-the-wool (or linen in this case) devotees of knitting everything in the round, but I feel the seams provide needed structure.

ERRATA: Row 4 of front should read:

Row 4: K 37 (41, 45, 48, 54), pm, k to end.
