The Trill hat is a hip 2 tone colored fisherman rib beanie. This design is my go to hat pattern for fingering weight yarns. It can be worn 2 ways. First, worn with its brim is folded where the two colors meet. Second, worn with the brim down to cover your ears.

Skill Level: Beginner intermediate

Finished Measurements:

Hat Circumference: 13.5 (15.5, 17.5)“

This pattern has around 6.5” of negative ease.

Worked in fisherman rib cable in the round blocked:

42 sts x 44 rows= 4”

Save time and check your gauge

Adjust needle sizes as necessary to match gauge noting that the larger needle should be 1 US (0.25mm) larger than the smaller needle when gauge is met.
