This is a soft and cozy blanket made to wrap around that new baby and snuggle!

Errata
On Row 16, the pattern should read: K5, p4, k1, p1,k4; rep from to marker, k5.
Work the 24 row stitch pattern a total of 8 times.

Worked in worsted weight yarn on a slightly larger needle makes it nice and soft. The blanket can be made with any size yarn depending
on the finished size desired. Yardage and gauge is given for worsted weight yarn, to make the size stated.

Work in DK weight yarn and needles appropriate for the yarn and blanket will use approximately 750 yards and measure approximately 29-30” square after blocking.

Finished measurements: approximately 32” x 32” 81.5 x 81.5 cm
Materials: worsted weight yarn CYCA 4 approx 820 yds
Sample used Paton’s Canadiana (3½ oz/100 g, 205 yd/187 m, 100% Acrylic, 4 balls , 10615 Cherished Yellow

US size 9 5.5 mm 24” 61 cm circular needles or size to obtain correct gauge
Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch
