Sitting by the fire on a crisp evening, needles in hand knitting warm socks or a snugly scarf. Fingers nimbly tying line to a hook, sitting by the bank , pole by your side, ready to test the waters and your luck.

These mitts are perfect for keeping hands toasty while leaving fingers free. These look great with added embroidery embellishments. The possibilities are endless. I suggest working these in wool for it wonderful natural properties. Wool is naturally warm even when wet and great at wicking moisture away from skin while resisting water when properly treated with natural lanolin.

Please note, this is the pattern for making A pair of Tunisian mitts. It’s not the a pair of mitts!

Supplies:Size H Tunisian corded hook or Knook. 136 yards Main color and 136 yards contrasting color.
