From the pattern description
This beautiful, elaborate shawl is made with 9 x 25 gm balls of 1 ply Shetland Cobweb wool and measures 72 inches (180 cms) square.

It features a tree and bead diamond centre with finely patterned borders and an intricate edging. Uses UK size 13 (2.25 mm, American 0) circular needle 24 inches (60 cm) long, or equivalent ordinary needles. A rewarding project for the skilled knitter.
