Pattern notes

Urban Living shawl is worked on the bias starting at the tip with a few cast-on stitches and shaped with increases along one side of the fabric. At the opposite side the shawl is shaped with evenly spaced stepped bind-offs.

For the two colour section to really pop, it is preferable to choose a light colour yarn as the main colour. The colours can be reversed except for the mesh pattern section if you want the same effect. That means, the eyelet rows will look best if worked in a light colour regardless the shade of the main colour, a light or a dark. For your convenience, the charts and instructions for both options are provided.
