About Verdure
Verdue starts with a seamless cast-on and is worked flat to ensure the finished slipper is seamless and worked in one piece. Construction
begins at the centre back of the heel, then both sides, the sole, and
the instep shaping are worked simultaneously as you work toward the
toe. We transition to working in the round with a toe that is grafted closed. The pattern includes a link to a video video demonstration of the cast-on method I used and the construction of the slipper.
