Walden is a triangular shawl crocheted from the neck down. It can be worked to any size, but both versions shown take only one skein of sock yarn. Version I is crocheted with a sport weight yarn in a textured half double crochet pattern. Version II is worked with a fingering weight yarn in a double crochet pattern at a looser gauge for a lacier look. Two edging variations are provided and both shawls are reversible.
