Oversized and drapey, Weed of Sea is reminiscent of foreshore seaweed

CONSTRUCTION
Weed of Sea is a cowl knit flat. You will start at one end, working a garter stitch edge, then textured stitch to the opposite end of the cowl, before working a second garter stitch edge containing buttonholes. Within the textured stitch are drop stitch columns, which will be unravelled post knitting. The length of fabric is turned into a cowl by attaching buttons to the initial garter stitch edge, and securing these through the buttonholes.
