This is a very easy shawl to knit. You start with a few stitches and knit until the shawl is the size you want it to be. A leaf design is knit along the long side and bobbles adorn the short sides- one bobbled short side being knit as part of the pattern and the other is a bobbled cast off.

You can knit this with any weight yarn you want with any needle size because it’s a knit until it’s the size you want!! Just make sure to have at least 600-700 yards of yarn.

To use less yarn or if you don’t like the look or weight of garter stitch, you can knit the rows in stockinette stitch instead of garter stitch.
