Wickerwork is a seamless, unisex pullover worked in the round from the top down, beginning with a ribbed neckline. The front and the back have a pretty wicker-like pattern and the sleeves are worked plain. The hat is worked from the bottom up beginning with a ribbed brim. The hat is topped with a large pom-pom.

Skill Level: Intermediate.

Size: 3 months (6-9 months, 12-18 months, 24 months) to fit chest 18 (20, 22, 24)“

Gauge: 24 sts and 36 rows = 4” 10 cm in St st after wet blocking using the larger needle.

26 sts = 4” over chart pattern in the round, using larger needles after blocking.

Materials

Yarn: Malabrigo Arroyo (100% Merino Wool; 335 yards 306 meters/100 grams): 057 English Rose, 1 (1, 2, 2) skeins.

Needles: US size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” circular needles and one set of double point needles (DPN);
US size 4 (3.5 mm): one set of double point needle (DPN).
