Winged Wrapture is pattern for a shawl or shawl with sleeves (both are included with purchase). It was designed for Wolle’s Yarn Creations color changing yarn. The lace motif includes Shetland lace sts (meaning WS rows are knit not purled).
yarn amounts:
shawl: 1 - 150g skein
shawl with sleeves: 2 - 150g skeins

There are a number of beads on the body of the shawl and at the cuffs of the sleeves. I recommend Knit Picks 3.5mm square beads - 2 boxes, but any beads to fit your yarn will do nicely.

The sleeves shawl is worked from the top down with the sleeves being worked in the round (purling very other row to keep the garter lace). If you work the shawl with sleeves, I recommend working on larger needles, 5.5mm or above (particularly, if you are a tight knitter). The more open the better! This is a new venture for me and it should fit chest size 40 inches/101 cm comfortably. (I am a loose knitter and I used 4.0mm needles. 4.0mm is recommended for the shawl only)
There is a page included in the shawl with sleeve pattern written by Rainbow1907 if you need a bit more sleeve space.

The shawl pattern is fully written and charted, the shawl with sleeves pattern is written only. You may use the shawl pattern charts as a reference, if needed, as the lace sts are the same.
Many thanks to sandersnan and all who voted for our shawl/shawl with sleeves naming contest!
