This cardigan features a lovely slipped stitch detail at the cuffs, hem and yoke. The sleeves and body are knit separately in the round then joined at the armhole for the yoke shaping.

Unless otherwise noted, slip all stitches purlwise.

YARN

The Fibre Co. Road to China Worsted (65% baby alpaca, 15% silk, 10% camel, 10% cashmere; 69 yds/50gm skein): lapis, 10 (11, 12, 14, 15, 16) skeins.
Note: Road to China Worsted has been discontinued. Any aran weight yarn made from natural fibers would be a lovely alternative.
GAUGE
16 sts and 22 rows = 4” in St st on larger needles after blocking.
19 sts and 28 rows = 4” in Slipped Stitch Edge on larger needles after blocking.
NEEDLES
1 - 36” US 8 (5 mm) circumar.
1 - set US 8 (5 mm) DPNs.
