The pattern is easy to follow if you know the basic crochet techniques:

• starting in a magic ring or magic loop
• crocheting in rounds
• increasing
• decreasing
• chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet stitch, half double crochet stitch

This doll is 10cm (4 inch) tall, and is made in 2.0mm and 1.0mm thickness of yarns on 4.0/2.5mm and 2.0/2.0mm hooks.

• Hera wool by Samsung textiles : 2.0mm thickness, wool+acrylic
• Vincent (used to make the scarf) : 1.0mm thickness, wool+acrylic, 3ply

Of course you can use yarns you choose on different hooks, but the amount of yarn and finished size may be different.
