Taking inspiration from nature, the gradient set I used for the Woollsia Shawl Fade version was dyed to represent a wildflower meadow in the Northern Hemisphere. As I knit the gorgeous colours, I was reminded of the beautiful heath flowers that grow in the Australian bush and named it after one of the small heath shrubs, Woollsia pungens, whose foliage and flowers encapsulate all of the beautiful shades featured in my two shawls.

Choose between two size options; a single skein of beautiful yarn will create the small version, the perfect little accessory or gift, or create a beautiful fade from mini-skeins; perfect for that special kit you’ve been saving or those gorgeous leftovers in your stash. Simple, rhythmic knitting makes this a soothing and fast project for all skill levels.
