Wrapped in Daisies is a cowl designed with different stitch patterns to create lots of texture and an interesting knit. This design is knit in the round, starting with the bottom border and optional beading, then the body section with a textured daisy stitch, followed by the top border and the optional beading. I really enjoy knitting cowls that include several stitch patterns to keep things interesting. I designed Wrapped in Daisies with this in mind. It can be worn loosely around the neck or doubled for a more fitted look.

I would like to give thanks to the people who made my first pattern design possible! First, Laura Nelkin who inspired me to attempt to design and write a pattern for a cowl in her Cowl Design class available on Craftsy. My test knitters, lkgervitz, stlwatrs and KungFuKnitterMom who were amazing and gave me so much helpful feedback. My tech editor, kwunder, who edited and encouraged me through the process.
