Wynkyn is a light weight raglan baby sweater knit in one piece from the neck down to the waist. The sleeves are then knit on double pointed needles. The buttonholes are made on both bands while knitting and can easily be changed for a boy or girl. When the knitting is completed, simply weave in the ends, sew the buttons on, and the sweater is finished. The sweater is made with machine washable sock yarn or fingering weight baby yarn. Or, make a sweater from an assortment of left over sock yarn. The finished chest measurements are 17, 18, 20, and 21 1/2 inches.
