This lacy scarf is the perfect neck adornment for the warmer weather months.

It’s knit from the bottom up and its most striking feature is a center panel with slipped stitches and eyelets giving the illusion of a thin lacy cable.

The scarf in the photos was knit from one skein of Hempathy (153 yards) but it can be made from any DK weight yarn. Hempathy is a wonderful cotton, hemp and rayon blend that’s perfect for warmer weather.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY:
Advanced Beginner to Intermediate

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You need to know how to knit (k) and purl (p) stitches, knit two stitches together (k2tog), do yarn overs (yo) and pass slipped stitches over (psso).

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
The finished scarf measures approximately 36” x 4” but the scarf’s length is adjustable.
