Zur Lederhos’n:

a tradition continued…

Zur Lederhos’n is a Bavarian-style toe-up sock for men, featuring lots of cables and twisted stitches.

• Socks are worked toe-up, using the Magic Loop Method, starting with Judy’s Magic Cast On.
• You are – of course - free to use any cast-on method, and you are free to proceed with double pointed needles.
• The pattern includes gussets and a heel flap. After the short-row heel turn, while knitting the heel flap, the previously increased stitches are decreased row-by-row.
• Patterning takes place in every row.
