5 March 22:25 - Finished! Hooray! I love it… it’s so lovely and warm.

5 March 12:29 - I have successfully removed those two incorrect stitches. Yay! Now to assemble…

3 March 22:00 - Blocking! I noticed, though, that I purled two stitches that I ought have knit, so after it’s finished blocking, I’m going to have to cut one stitch, unravel the incorrect ones and weave a piece of yarn through correctly (and then, of course, weave in the four ends that will create).

24 February 20:01 - Finished sleeve one, finished skein 5.

24 February 19:01 - Finally on the decreases for sleeve 1. Yawner. Almost done with Skein 5.

20 January 21:52 - Finished Right Front. Finished skein 4. On to sleeves and skein 5 tomorrow.

17 January 18:55 - Finished the Horseshoe pattern, all 25 inches of it. Just started skein 4.

3 November 22:18- 3 full oz’s gone from this skein, .5 to go. 30 rows done = 5610 stitches

2 November 19:22- Met today’s knitting goal of 1 full oz; 20 rows done = 3740 stitches knit so far!

2 November 13:59- Half-way through today’s knitting goal and making good progress!

2 November 11:59- Finally re-reached the point I was at yesterday when I dropped all my stitches and had to start again.

1 November 22:58- Counting today’s goal as “technically” met. TECHNICALLY I’ve met my day1 goal- 1 oz is gone from my skein- but my swatches came from that skein, too. Technically ;-) 5 rows = 935 sts completed. (And a LIFELINE put in!)

1 November 17:44- GAH! My circular needle came unscrewed and dropped all my stitches and, naturally, I didn’t have a lifeline in. Now I have to start all over again, even though I had completed 1700 stitches. SADNESS. NaKniSweMo and I are not off to a very good start.

1 November 14:11- 6 hours for a cast-on and 3 rows of garter stitch because I knit it on the wrong size needles and kept messing up the cast-on. I swear I know how to knit. If anyone has seen my brain, will you please return it?

1 November 8:53- Did the whole cast on & garter bottom on the wrong size needle. Frogging, napping, and trying again.

1 November, 05:48- Cast on for NaKniSweMo! My goal is to knit the Sophia Cardi by the last day of November!

27 October- Veni, vedi, swatci… My “horseshoe pattern” is perfect, but the “broken rib” is about 1/6” too small… I think it should be fine, though, as the medium bust measurement is 41.5, and I only need a 38.75… Hmmm. I may swatch on a 9, though, just to see. I definitely don’t want it any larger than it should be.

26 October- Signed up for NaKniSweMo. Maybe I’m crazy, but I’m going to try to knit the whole thing in November!

24 August- Bought yarn for this sweater.
