Oh! I think this is one of my favorite hats yet. I love this creamy beauty with her slightly puffy roses needle felted at front center. Embroidery carries the luxurious theme out to the wings of the bouquet and flows into the wrap-around design of curvy vines and berries. A confectionery delight, the total effect is created from stunning yet subtle color in roving and yarn, floss of cotton and silk, freshwater pearls, glass beads, crystals for extra sparkle, a mix of techniques and a generous helping of love.
The Tatum Toque pattern becomes a gem of a backdrop for a fantasy romp of embellishment. Created on commission, the Isabell captured hearts along her journey to completion and she surely stole mine.
