Notes

It’s all the cashmere’s fault! I wanted a plain and simple white shrug to go with summer dresses, but the only pure white yarn I had was this cashmere. And you know what cashmere is like: It wants to be something special, lacy, beautiful. So, this is my first attempt at shetland lace. For the body, I used the classical Cat’s Paws pattern, the edge is one half of Susan Lawrence’s “Edgy”.
Maybe I’ll let a bride borrow it for her wedding day.
