My first pattern from Twist Collective!

Dec 14 I’m a stupid idiot and put this in with regular laundry, now it’s fulled down to a child’s size cardigan. *sob*

Ah well, I was going to re-knit this pattern as a sweater anyway.

April 17 Knitting is done, and I’ve started my least favourite part: seaming. Looks like it might be a bit snug, but I’m not giving up hope until I’ve finished the seams and tried it on properly.

Feb 4 The left front is blocking, casting on for the right front now. Found another error in the pattern, have sent an email to twist collective.

Jan 30 The bestest husband in the world went out and got me new needle tips! The back is now blocking, and I have cast on for the left front.

Jan 28 Argh! I was making good progress on the back, until I broke one of the needle tips! This thing is never going to be finished!

Nov 25 Second sleeve is blocking. Cast on for the back today.

Nov 22 Grrrr! Just got a pattern update with corrections for the sleeve chart THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OBVIOUS TO ME while knitting, but weren’t. Oh well, it’s not THAT noticeable that I’m going to rip back a sleeve and a half to correct it.

Nov 21 First sleeve is blocking, starting the second one. Still not sure about the cardigan vs pullover thing.

Nov 18 Since I’m not sure yet whether it’s going to be a cardi or a pullover, I’ve started with a sleeve. The 1x1 ribbing is all knit through the back loop, which is not fun to knit with the spooled yarn, it splits really easily.

I’m swatching with 3.5 mm needles now, hopefully can start the sweater tomorrow.
