Notes

I found that for my mother, I did have to extend the pattern the extra four stitches as well as a hook size (she has standard glove size M/L) hands.

When it came to the gusset, I chained 5 to make sure that thumbs actually have room to move and the circulation isn’t being cut off.

If I make myself a pair, I am not quite sure what to do about the wrist section. I know that for the hand area the C hook was perfect but the wrist was really baggy even when I started with the basic pattern. The decreases and increases I tried in playing with the pattern just made the wrist area look awful. =/ I suppose I will keep tinkering with gloves for me, but these ones came out lovely.
