Notes

Knitting a shorter than normal sock - about 25 - 30 rows in leg.

Using Mina’s new mini heel flap (4 repeats for me) to see if this gives the extra fabric I need in the instep.

Also using the Whirlwind Toe as seen on the Sew Sweet Violet’s socks - it’s very pretty.

Socks finished. Heel seems to work ok with 4 repeats of the mini heel flap. Will see how it goes after some wear to be fully happy with it. Not hugely keen on the Whirlwind toe; for me the standard rounded toe seems to be a better fit. Shame because I enjoyed the ease of finishing off!
