The one thing that would make the pattern perfect, IMO, is some indication of the % of yarn needed for the ribbing pleats. I’ve already tinked back twice and fear I may have to do so again to get the 4” of double rib.

Finished, having ripped back again and allowed a whole skein for the rib, I managed less than 3” of double rib before having to cast off.

Two skeins used in the body, One skein on the ruffle.
