I was asked to knit a hat for neighbour and I decided to do Katie’s kep as it is a fine straightforward pattern to knit up. She likes the colours I’ve used and I’m managed to knit from my stash of Shetland wool which is from both Jamieson’s of Shetland and Jamieson and Smith and the bands have long gone!
