Loving the yarn, hate the way it is wound. I can’t seem to make a yarn cake without having to spend half an hour untangling.
Put in a safety line at the point where I should start the border for the smaller version and decided to play yarn chicken and go for the larger shawl.
7/9 game of yarn chicken lost. I really don’t want to unravel so I think I will buy another skein tomorrow. Well played yarn. Well played.
8/9 Decided to frog all the way back to my safety line thus making the smaller size. I’m afraid the bigger size with this type of yarn will be too heavy. Knitted the border and it’s drying on the blocking board as we speak! (The smaller size needed three skeins of this yarn, the bigger size would require 5 skeins)
