Notes

Loved this pattern - the Fisherman’s Rib stitch made a thick and plush little sweater - nice and heavy. I love it. All seamless - collar and button placket all knitting at once, no stitches to pick up later.

I want to make about a 12 month size or a little larger, so I am using heavier weight yarn and a #8 needle.

I did five buttonholes.

Finished size: Chest: about 26”
sleeve (from underarm) 8”
length (from top of shoulder to hem) - 13.25”

Note: in the pattern, for the buttonholes, it says “yfw” (yarn forward) which kind of threw me. In American knitting terms, it means a yarn over (YO).
