K1P1 for 3 rounds and then switch to size 10 circular.

Adapted pattern slightly at decreases by staying with the pattern but knitting same number of rounds between each and not adapting due to thicker wool. Ended up with enough to have had made hat deeper. Knit a small bow that she can pin on or take off as her mood suits. Still ended with approx. 20 yards.
