I got this all sewed together and tried it on -- and it looks terrible. I pretty much got the measurements I was expecting; I guess I just had an unrealistic idea of what size I really need.

The bottom half fits fine, although I should have knitted the stockinette portion longer. The top half is shaped wrong for me. There’s a little too much ease in the bust, which is easy to take care of on the reknit, but the shoulders are way too wide, as is the neck opening. Since I’m reknitting most of it anyway, I’ll probably redo the sleeves to add some length there as well.

At least the color looks nice on me!

Since I made this, I’ve lost enough weight that the fit is even worse. I’m putting it in hibernation until I can frog and reknit it.
