Made band for large size (21.5 inches around); picked up 140 sts to start crown (instead of 144 for large as directed), then increased to 150, which is the number for the medium size (instead of 160 for large).

Accidentally did decreases on every other row until Round 18, instead of switching to every row at Round 12 as directed.

These two changes, along with my slightly tighter gauge, mean crown is shorter and less poufy (and therefore less droopy), and the top of it is more rounded and less flat. I really like this shape.
