A two-tone Boo!

When my mother opened the Boo shawl I made her for Christmas, my 15-year-old niece seized it and wrapped it around her own neck. I took that to mean she wants one too…

Cast on 187 stitches, garter stitch body, did one repeat of each section. Oodles of beads. Tried it on small needles this time, and I’m very happy with it. Seems more dense and durable. And yes, the beads are very prominent. They are gold-lined clear beads, chosen because my niece really wanted them to stand out!
