The most successful MKAL I have ever done! Wow!! This design is amazing, stunning, gorgeous, and the yarn is to die for. This may be my all-time favorite project.

Modifications:
I did Russian joins instead of the one suggested. They’re very similar.

I made a mistake with the first row of triangles and knitted 11 stitches on the final row of each, so I ended up with fewer triangles than expected. It was quite easy to compensate on the next section of triangles, though, so no harm done.

Added a single crochet edging in MC2 around the last row of triangles (in MC1). I had plenty of yarn and it made those triangles a little firmer and better able to hold their shape.

Skipped the tassels and went with pompoms instead. The pompoms are heavy, though, and I couldn’t make them as small as I wanted, so I ended up putting them on every other triangle. I’m happy with the effect.

If I were to knit this again, I would switch to a smaller needle size for Clue 3. My garter stitch in the entrelac section would look better if it were tighter. Everything else about this pattern is perfect.
