Notes

Loved this fun and well written pattern that is sized from newborn to 4XL. Just can’t believe that--so great that it comes in so many sizes. I loved knitting this pattern and the yarn--I LOVE THIS STUFF! So now I know I love Targhee and Rambouillet mixed together. I bought this at the A Verb For Keeping Warm shop in Oakland, CA., and there was an entire gorgeous wall of it in loads of naturally dyed colors. It was not easy to land on a color, but my husband loves me in shades of pink so I took a chance on this vermillion shade and when I showed it to him, he said, “What a pretty color hon, good choice.” Flock is pure joy to knit and just what you think a wooly yarn should be--elastic and bouncy and forgiving and all the while feeling wonderfully cottony and cushiony. Highly recommended if you are looking for an old-fashioned wool experience with a modern outcome--this stuff is SOFT and can be worn next to the skin.
