Do leg stripes at ~3” (31 rounds from cast on / on the 12th round of the cuff stockinette), each stripe for 5 rounds.

20R - 2x2 rib
11R - knit plain MC
5R - knit plain CC 1 (orange)
5R - knit plain CC 2 (oatmeal)
29R - knit plain MC

Takes 70R on US0 to get to 6” length in leg.

Took 60R on US0 to get to 5.25” length in foot (from edge of heel to start of toe decrease section).

Amount of yarn after 1st sock:

MC - g
CC1 (beige) - g - I used this for the toe and heel in addition to the stripe on the leg
CC2 - g

One 5 round stripe on 2 socks took 3g (so 1.5-2g per sock)…
