9.21.09 - Completely finished the body, and when I got to the sleeves I discovered that the stitch holders that I’d been using had come undone and the armholes had unraveled a fair bit.

1.18.10 - Was getting pissed off about knitting things I wasn’t really enjoying knitting. So I said fuck it to the Phyllotaxis (which I massively screwed up the other day) for the time being and picked this back up again.

I need to be more selfish with the knitting.

1.25.10 - completely screwed up one sleeve and decided to just rip them both off and do a cap sleeve with the picot trim. Unfortunately, is really crappy and dark here today, so no photos yet.

Need to figure out what kind of closure I want for this one.

6.16.10 - My incredibly luck Sister in Law now has two Liesls, due to my incompetence. Despite the fact that she is NOT a 46 inch bust, we managed to salvage this sweater by putting some buttons in weird places and then tacking everything down. So on her it becomes a wrap sweater with a button back collar. Very cute.

I’m so glad to FINALLY have this stupid sweater off my “holy crap, I fucked that up, now what the hell do I do with it?” list.
