Notes

This was the first version for Bailly. I really, really love this sweater (the fit!), and the ethically sourced undyed angora by Bart & Francis is to die for.

But, because this sweater is all about the details, I decided to knit another sample. The horizontal tucks and the special joinery bind of get a bit lost in this crazy soft and fluffy yarn. Because it’s precisely those details that make this sweater special I wanted to showcase them more by using a different yarn.
Allso, this sweater is knitted from the bottom up, and I wanted the same construction and fit, but knitted from the top.

So this first version (with some minor tweaks) resulted in this sample, which is exactely what I had in mind!
