This BamHuey yarn I spun into a 2 ply Dk weight. The bamboo gives quite a shine to this yarn making it hard to photograph. The color is an olive green with brown. My hope is to create a yarn that is somewhat cammo like. My BIL is a hunter type and I hope that the lace bits will make him think of animal tracks……and not lace :)
The patern is easy to learn and follow. It is a very relaxing soothing knit. I will use this project for my travel knitting.

My Hubby was kind enough to be my model…after all the shawl is for his brother :)
