This is an old fave, and I think I have enough blanket yarn left, so here we go!

Cast on 58 (back), 2x2 rib 10 rows.
72 rows total to shoulder shaping (back).

Cast on 26, 2x2 rib 10 rows.
60 rows to neck shaping (fronts).
7 sts on holder, Dec 1 at neck edge (on knit rows) 3 times, continue to 72 rows, as for back.

Cast on 28, 2x2 rib 10 rows.
Inc to 34, inc evenly (46 tot), length 50 rows total. (sleeve)
Button band, 2/3.
72 stitches for the collar (dec 1 each side on 1st row ribbing, short row by 4s to shape).

Marking finished, but still need buttons…Will do that when I finish second, similar sweater.
