This is becoming a general recipe for my fave hat!

Yarn is a blank, painted with fun phrases in a variety of bright colors.

Cast on 144, 2x2 4 inches.
Knit plain for 6.5 inches.
Decrease 8 stitches, every other round, until there are 24 sts left. Decrease once more, and close top.
