04/02/10 - This is a super-secret project, so more information will come when I can put it in.
I must have tried to cast on this project 10 times before I finally got it right. Once I got it right, it just knit up like WHOA. This is a quick knit and I am LOVING this pattern!
04/11/10 - I finished the knitting for this in two days.
I. Love. How. Fast. This. Knits. Up.
I did the weaving of the ends and sewing on a button the day I gave it away (ooops!).
I was super impressed with the finished product, and just worried (like the good little knitter I am) if this would be good enough for a birthday present. Thankfully, my gift was for my best friend and fellow knitter, who loved it and appreciated the effort that went into it!

I can’t wait to make more of these to see the different colour combos!
The only change I would make for next time is to make it bigger.
