Finished size (pre-blocking): 8.5” long x 9.5” across bottom.
After blocking: 8.5” long x 10.5” across bottom.

Since this was acrylic yarn, I had to “kill” it with a steam iron. Mine came out more “slouchy” looking than the pattern picture.

I did row 1 of the brim with the J hook and then changed to size 7 (4.5mm) for rows 2-4.
