I worked 13 rounds for the body.
For the brim, in the first round, I had 80 sc. On the third round, I worked (9hdc, hdc2tog) around for 73 hdc at end of round. On the 4th round, I worked (8sc, sc2tog) around for 66 sc at end of round. I just thought it was a bit loose without doing the decreases.
